MASAHIRO (正広), 1st gen., Jōji (貞治, 1362-1368), Bingo – “Bishū-jū Masahiro saku” (備州住正広作), “Masahiro saku” (正広作), “Bishū-jū Saemon no Jō Masahiro tsukuru” (備州住左衛門尉正広造), Ko-Mihara school, according to tradition the son of Masaie (正家), first name Saemon (左衛門), some tachi are extant by him but none with a date signature, dense and somewhat standing-out ko-itame with ji-nie and shirake, the hamon is a suguha-chō in nie-deki mixed with a slightly undulating notare, ko-midare, ashi, yō and sunagashi, the bōshi is sugu with a relatively long ko-mari-kaeri, jō-saku
