Terms of Trade
Orders of Iaito are only possible with indication of your birthday. The order of real forged and sharp swords and other sharp weapons requires the sending of a copy of your identity card.
Privacy Protection
We keep all personal data in confidence. Only the necessary data we
need to execute the order are saved and are referred to affiliated
companies within the order process. At the data processing all your
interests are considered according to the legal requirements.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges amount to 6.95 EUR and to 10.95 EUR at cash on delivery in Germany.
At orders from abroad the shipping charges depend on the destination country and the order value.
High weight, high value of the order or if the order has to be shipped with two or more packages cost up for the shipping is possible. In this cases we will contact you immediately.

Right of Withdrawal
You
can withdraw from the transaction within two weeks without cause in
written form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods,
unless the transaction was carried out within your professional
capacity (ordering via a firm). The time limit starts at the earliest
with the receipt of goods and a written notice. The time limit is
preserved by the timely return of goods or the sending of the
declaration of withdrawal. The declaration is to be addressed to:

A withdrawal of custom-made products isn't possible unless the manufacture of the ordered article hasn't been started yet.
Not prepaid returns won't be accepted. The delivery costs of justified returns will be recompensed.
Withdrawal Consequences:
The goods must, if possible, be in a condition to be resold. In case of deterioration (e.g. through obvious signs of use) or destruction of the goods before returning, the depreciation or cost of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
The right of return is preserved through the timely sending of received goods or through written declaration to "Japan Budo". The purchase contract is dissolved by timely return of goods. Payments already made will be transferred to your account within 14 days. The goods being returned should be in original packing to the extent possible, in any case in transport-safe packaging, including stable cushioning and with a copy of the invoice. Damages and delays due to neglect of these guidelines are the responsibility of the customer.
Already worn clothes or Hakama, at which the lace fastening was cut, are excluded from withdrawal and exchange.
