Iaito - Jidai Yagyu Same Koshirae

Our Iaito Jidai same Koshirae is characterized by its exquisite design. The high-value blade has a consciously moderate weight, so that the Iaito, also with a large length, can be handled pleasantly. We hope to realize an Iaito, which satisfies exalted demands and practicing comfort combined with a special aesthetics.

The design of this Iaito entwines around the theme water. The Tsuba unifies the motifs waves and a stylized sun. The silver coloured Fuchi and Kashira also pick up the wave motif. The Menuki pictures fishes. The Same is also exquisite. It has pearls, which become larger towards the end of the hilt. Such a special Same is gladly used for real swords.
